Announcing Inspect Cloud 2.0: A New Era of Real-Time, Map-Centric Asset Management

We’re thrilled to announce that Inspect Cloud 2.0 is now available in beta!

We’re thrilled to announce that Inspect Cloud 2.0 is now available in beta! This update marks a significant leap forward for our Cloud application, delivering a smoother user experience, an updated interface, and a suite of powerful new features tailored to help teams work smarter and more efficiently. Here’s what you can expect from Inspect Cloud 2.0—and stay tuned, because more features are on the way.

Real-Time Asset Data Updates

With Inspect Cloud 2.0, we’ve taken over-the-air (OTA) data uploads one step further. As your devices gather data in the field, new assets, geolocation coordinates, images, and model insights will populate in real time within the application. This level of immediacy helps teams respond faster, make more informed decisions, and minimize delays in operational workflows.

A Map-Centric View for Enhanced Navigation

Our new Asset Explorer page now provides a map-centric view that displays asset markers based on location and street. This view streamlines navigation between assets, allowing users to move through asset clusters more intuitively. Whether you’re checking on maintenance needs across a city grid or focusing on a specific neighborhood, this feature helps you find what you’re looking for quickly.

Customer Region Matching for Precision Insights

With this release, we’ve introduced Customer Region Matching, which goes beyond our previous asset GIS record matching. Now, Inspect Cloud can match detected assets to user-specified service territories and regions, helping teams see relevant data within their service boundaries. This enhanced matching capability provides added context and relevance to asset information, supporting more accurate analysis and planning.

Advanced Asset Filter Functionality

The new Asset Filter functionality is designed to give users more flexibility in finding specific data. Users can now build complex, multi-condition queries using “AND” and “OR” conditions within an improved filter interface. Whether you need to view assets based on unique parameters or run comparisons across various conditions, this updated filter function gives you the control to find the insights you need with ease.

A Simplified, Consolidated Asset Details Display

To help streamline the user experience further, we’ve done a complete refresh of the Asset Details page. Now, users can easily view asset details and associated model results in a clean and simple interface. This simplifies the review process, allowing for a quicker, more comprehensive understanding of asset conditions and characteristics.

Inspect Cloud 2.0 represents our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, empowering teams with the tools they need to optimize infrastructure oversight. We’re excited for you to explore these new features and look forward to hearing your feedback as we refine the platform further.
